Hydraulic (servo) pump repairs

HWL Technical Solutions and associates have recently invested heavily in equipment to enable us to off service to servo motors. Electrical tests, insulation test inductance tests and magnetism testing are all done prior to any repairs being carried out. If the need arises for us to dismantle your motor, you can be confident that our computerized test equipment will enable us to realign the motor commutation sensor to manufacturers specifications.

All motors are functionally tested on our motor run test gear before leaving our workshop. We are able to service many manufacturer types, in particular Fanuc, Mitsibushi, Heidenhain and Rexroth Indramat.

Correct commutation setup for AC Brushless servo motors is vitally important thus needs specialist equipment which we have.
